About Me
My journey into the fitness industry began more than a decade ago, but my passion for health and transformation started long before that. After experiencing my own challenges, including recovering from a stroke in 2010, I developed a deep understanding of how fitness and nutrition can truly change lives.
Determined to rebuild my strength and push past my limits, I immersed myself in fitness and nutrition. This journey led me to compete at the Miami Pro World Championships in 2013, then again in 2015 when I won the Miami Pro Universe Championship. These experiences shaped not just my own transformation, but also my passion for helping others to achieve their goals.
I’m now an MNU-Certified Nutritionist with a Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutritional Science. Whether your goal is to improve how you look, feel, or overcome an underlying health issue, I’m here to help you take control of your body and mindset.
