The reality is that we all have different goals, preferences, challenges and lifestyles that need to be considered for any plan to be sustainable. That’s why my 1:1 personal training and nutrition plans are built around you, beginning with our first call where I’ll take the time to understand your unique needs.

I specialise in women’s health and understand the challenges that come with every stage of life. Whether you’re navigating changes in your body, energy levels, or medical conditions, I’m here to offer support, guidance and the expertise you need to feel empowered and achieve your goals. You won’t be doing this alone – I’ll be with you every step of the way, adjusting your plan as needed to keep you on track and feeling your best.

Essential Plan

The Essential Plan is designed for those ready to kickstart their journey, with personalised support throughout each four-week period. After our initial consultation, I’ll create a tailored program that considers your health, current fitness level, goals and the resources available to you.

The goal of the Essential Plan is to provide you with the tools, structure and nutritional foundation you need to confidently continue making progress. Some clients feel ready to continue independently after the first four weeks, while others prefer ongoing support. Either way, we’ll work together to ensure you stay on track and achieve the results you’re aiming for.

1:1 Consultation

Every journey begins with a conversation. Our initial 1:1 consultation is where I take the time to get to know all about you, including your health history, your goals and the challenges you're facing.

A Training Program

Following our consultation, I'll begin working on your tailored training program and your nutrition guidance. What this looks like will vary on an individual level, as I'll be crafting a program for you.

Nutrition Guidance

As part of your package, I'll offer personalised nutrition guidance. Whether you're looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, improve your energy levels or even fuel your body around your cycle, I'll help you create a plan that works for you. Together, we'll focus on sustainability.

Training App Access

You'll also have access to the Team T Training App, where you can track your progress, follow your personalised workouts and work in tandem with me to make sure you're achieving your goals. This app gives you everything you need, but it also enables me to stay updated.

Complete Plan

The Complete Plan takes everything you get with the Essential Plan to the next level, offering even more comprehensive support and personalisation throughout your journey.

In addition to all the benefits of the Essential Plan, it includes extended 1:1 consultations, more frequent check-ins and additional resources designed to ensure you’re always on track. With the Complete Plan, you’ll receive the flexibility to adapt as your needs evolve.

This plan is ideal for those who want hands-on support and accountability, ensuring that every aspect of your fitness and nutrition is finely tuned to help you reach your goals faster and more effectively.

Regular Adjustments

When needed, I'll make adjustments to your plans to ensure you're always progressing. As you hit milestones or encounter challenges, we'll be able to tweak your program to keep you on track.

Weekly 1:1 Calls

Stay accountable and motivated with weekly 1:1 calls. These sessions give us the chance to review your progress and make adjustments to your plan as needed. It's time for us to stay connected with your goals.

Extended App Access

With extended access, you'll be able to continue viewing your personalised workouts and the progress you logged during your time with me. Whether you're at the gym or on the go, your training details will be there.

Online Seminars

Gain valuable insight and strategies during my exclusive online seminars. These interactive sessions cover a range of topics, from general nutrition tips to advice for how women should train around their menstrual cycles.
